Shipping policy

Shipping is widely available in the United Kingdom. All orders are shipped with Royal Mail tracked delivery, the cost of which is calculated automatically at checkout once you have entered your address. Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, but may be slightly longer for personalised made on demand products. You will receive an email notification and tracking number when your order has been shipped. 

Shipping Options & Rates

Poochella® UK offers the following delivery options in the UK.

Royal Mail Tracked 24: 1-3 day delivery time

Royal Mail Tracked 48: 2-5 day delivery time

Costs range from £3.50 to £5.55 (depending on weight and option chosen). The shipping charge will be displayed at checkout once you enter your delivery address.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

Unfortunately the company we use to ship our orders do not offer delivery to PO Boxes at this time.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. Tracking is available at www.royalmail.com/track-your-item 

If you have provided your email address/phone number then the courier may also update you on the progress of your delivery. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us. Please include your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
