Shipping policy
Shipping is widely available in the United Kingdom. All orders are shipped with one of 3 couriers; Royal Mail, Evri (formally MyHermes) or Amazon Shipping for Business. Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after you receive your order confirmation email, but may be slightly longer for personalised made on demand products. You will receive an email notification and tracking number when your order has been shipped.

Local delivery
Poochella® is based in South Derbyshire, UK. We are happy to hand deliver your order within a 6 miles radius of post code DE24. Within 2 miles from our base there will be no charge, as we will likely walk to you! Distances between 2-6 miles will incur a £1.50 charge to support with rising fuel costs, unless your order is over £75, in which case delivery will be free of charge.
International Shipping
Poochella is a small business in its infancy (just me and the dog!), so until recently we have been unable to ship internationally. However, due to some demand in certain areas, we are now trialling international shipping to Europe, USA, Canada, and Australia, via Royal Mail Tracked. Costs will vary dependent on country and weight of the parcel. Please see below for approximate prices as a guide:
Shipping to P.O. Boxes
Unfortunately the company we use to ship our orders do not offer delivery to PO Boxes at this time.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. Tracking is available at www.royalmail.com/track-your-item for Royal Mail and www.evri.com/track-a-parcel for Evri..
If you have provided your email address/phone number then the courier will also update you on the progress of your delivery.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us. Please include your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
